Summary: There were live bugs in our room along with someone’s dirty panties left on the chair. There were also cobwebs in several places, and the overall room was dirty except for the sheets and towels. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Summary: The room that we booked does not exist at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help accommodate us, but the booking system and the hotel property are not in sync. We had to change rooms three times to find something that would meet our needs. We probably won't stay here again.
